Return Policy (14 Days)

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging, labels, and tags.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at info@forzahybride.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return conditions

• Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

• Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Size exchange

In the case of a size exchange:

• the outbound shipping costs (from the customer to Forza Hybride) are covered by the customer,

• while the return shipping costs (from Forza Hybride back to the customer) are covered by us.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on gift cards, customized items, or products marked as final sale.
